Hudson didn’t give us a single Virtual Console game last week, so on the 18th they are going to try and make it up to us. They have announced that 2 – 2 – 2! TurboGrafx 16 games will be released for the Wii’s Virtual console. “What games are we getting?” you ask. Here is your answer:

World Sports Competition – 600 Wii Points

worldports.jpgWorld Sports Competition is a sports video game developed by Hudson Soft. The game was originally released in 1992 for the TurboGrafx-16 console (known as the PC-Engine in Japan), and is out on the Virtual Console in Europe which appeared on June 1st 2007 and the North America is to be released also on June 18, 2007.

The game has a Summer Olympics theme, and features several events, including archery, rowing, shooting, swimming, and track and field.-wikipedia

Bloody Wolf – 600 Wii Points

bloodywolf.jpgBloody Wolf is a run and gun arcade game released by Data East in 1988. Two commandos take on an entire army with many weapons, and defeat bosses to advance levels. This game was quite notorious for its poor translation.

Two commandos of the Bloody Wolf special forces receive instructions from their commander to destroy the enemy’s weapon base and rescue any allies who have been reported as Missing in Action.-wikipedia
